All orders are undertaken on a made to order basis, which takes 4 - 6 weeks, we endeavour to fulfil all orders before this time scale, but due to the handmade nature of each piece there are many processes involved so please allow enough time.

If you have a special occasion we do our very best to help out in such circumstances, please e-mail us to enquire about the piece you are interested in.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on the premise that they are not suitable, as the piece will have been handmade for you and is not taken from stock, so please e-mail us with any queries before to avoid misunderstandings.
